SPORTS PSYCHOLOGY TRAINING

In-person Sports Psychology Skills Workshop for high school athletes—crafted to enhance performance by strengthening the mental game. This workshop will be led by Alejandro Berthe, a former Division I soccer player at Columbia University, and Brian Reilly, a former Division I lacrosse player at Princeton University.

Workshop Highlights:

Athletes will:

  • Master mindfulness techniques for better focus and calm

  • Apply SMART goals to optimize training sessions and competitions

  • Develop resilience strategies to manage pressure and setbacks

  • Learn in-game techniques for confidently transforming challenges into opportunities for growth and improved performance

  • Explore the relationship between performance and identity

  • Who: High school athletes, mixed-gender

  • Spaces: 10 available, though exceptions made for teams

  • When: Thursdays, 7 - 8:30 PM, starting January 9th (More dates available depending on interest)
